Making a difference in people’s lives has always been my calling—whether helping patients understand the importance of oral health or now guiding families through one of life’s biggest milestones: selling their current home while purchasing a new one. My greatest fulfillment comes from knowing I’ve helped people feel confident, cared for, and supported through the moments that matter most.
Born in the Philippines, I moved to Hawaii with my family at age 11 and take pride in speaking Ilocano fluently and Tagalog conversationally. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Hawaii in 2005 and relocated to Washington in 2007, where I continued my healthcare career while expanding my mission of service.
Guided by an entrepreneurial spirit, I discovered real estate as the perfect blend of helping others and building something meaningful. Today, I specialize in supporting clients through two transactions—selling their current home while purchasing a new one. Whether it’s a growing family upsizing into a larger space or someone downsizing into a simpler lifestyle, I provide the expertise and strategy to make the process smooth and stress-free.
With national certifications as a New Home Specialist and in Residential Construction, I give my clients an edge when exploring new builds or renovation opportunities—backed by an approach rooted in education, trust, and strategy.
My passion for service also extends beyond real estate. Having once relied on scholarships and grants to achieve my own education, I launched the Maricon Hilario Foundation, which provides scholarships to students in financial need in the Philippines. Through my business, Homes By Maricon, I donate a portion of my commissions to support the foundation’s mission—while also welcoming contributions from generous donors who share the same vision of giving back and helping students succeed.
Whether in healthcare, real estate, or through philanthropy, my purpose remains the same: to serve, educate, and make a lasting difference in people’s lives.
