The Maricon Hilario Foundation was created to help provide financial support and educational

opportunities for students in the Philippines.

Through my real estate business, Homes by Maricon, I donate a portion of my commissions

from every home sale to support the foundation’s mission.

When clients buy or sell a home with me, they are also helping create opportunities for students

to pursue their education and build a better future.

How It All Started

Education changed my life.

While growing up, I always knew I wanted to attend college, but paying for it was not easy. With my father as the sole provider for our family, I relied heavily on scholarships and grants to make my education possible.

Maintaining a strong GPA allowed me to receive financial support that helped me achieve my goals. That experience inspired me to create the Maricon Hilario Foundation, with the goal of helping students facing similar financial challenges pursue their education.

Supporting Students Through Education

Through my real estate business, Home By Maricon, in Washington, I donate a portion of my commissions from every home sale to support the foundation's scholarship initiatives.

The Maricon Hilario Foundation focuses on helping students who are motivated to pursue their education but may face financial challenges along the way.
